We’ve used Superstratum Building Cleaner on several mold remediation projects as a post-remediation treatment, and it has become a valuable part of our final cleaning protocol.
After completing the remediation action plan and performing full mold removal, we apply Superstratum via ULV fogging to address what traditional mechanical methods cannot. While HEPA air filtration and HEPA vacuuming are critical for removing particulate matter and spores, they do not effectively neutralize mycotoxins and microscopic residues that can remain on surfaces and in the air space after remediation.
ULV fogging with Superstratum allows for uniform distribution throughout the treated area, helping to eradicate residual mycotoxins and contaminants left behind after source removal. I have been able to move back into our remediated home because of this. I cleaned our home top to bottom and continue to do a light spray everyday just to keep things stable. We love it!!! Will be purchasing all of the products soon!
The superstratum building cleaner was a game changer. I bought the whole home detox for a 2000 square-foot home. I bought the fogger and fogged my whole house and my reaction to our Mull situation became so much better. It’s really so difficult to be sensitive to mold. This was such a blessing. So I cleaned every single surface… With this product. And then I fogged and fogged and fogged. It was a crazy process, but I felt confident that it really helped with mycotoxins. I could feel it.
After we had our house remediated, I was not at all comfortable with the job that they did. They left several things in our living room area that I am sure were contaminated. So after they left, I saw several spots that still looked dirty. Chlorine odor lasts a long time! I only used the building cleaner in a fogger. I’m glad I didn’t use the chlorine bomb I’m sure the smell would have been worse.
