Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on Superstratum Labs (superstratumlabs.com). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship within the United States (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii).

Shipping Costs

Contiguous United States (48 states) $9.45 flat rate (Ground Economy, up to 5 lb) or calculated at checkout
Alaska & Hawaii Calculated at checkout (via FedEx or UPS)

All shipping costs are displayed transparently at checkout in USD before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

Our total delivery time consists of a handling period and a transit period:

  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed by 5:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on federal holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays)
  • Carriers: FedEx, UPS, or USPS
  • Transit Time: 3–7 business days depending on destination and selected service
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 4–9 business days from the date of order

These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high shipping volumes. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Every order receives a tracking number. Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment directly on the carrier's website (FedEx, UPS, or USPS). Please allow a few hours after the confirmation email for tracking details to become active in the carrier's system.

Taxes & Duties

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Applicable state and local sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. There are no additional charges or hidden fees upon delivery.

Address Changes

Before shipment: Contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping address. We can only make changes before the order is processed or shipped.

After shipment: Once an order has left our warehouse, address changes must be made directly with the carrier.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately. Depending on the circumstances, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund. For damaged shipments, please keep the original packaging and provide photos to help us resolve your claim quickly.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible before an order is processed or shipped. If successfully cancelled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please refer to our Refund Policy for return instructions.
