This Payment & Billing Policy applies to all orders placed on Superstratum Labs (superstratumlabs.com). By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

2. Payment Processing
- Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
- Orders are processed and shipped only after successful payment confirmation.

3. Prices & Currency
- All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD).
- Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.
- All prices are inclusive of any applicable federal charges. There are no hidden fees or additional charges upon delivery.
- Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
4. Secure Payment Processing
- All transactions are processed through SSL-encrypted connections.
- We use certified, industry-standard payment processors. Your full card details are never stored on our servers.
- Payments are handled securely via Shopify Payments and our integrated payment providers.
5. Order Confirmation
After a successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided at checkout. This email serves as your receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@superstratumlabs.com.
6. Invoices
To request an invoice for your order, please email us at hello@superstratumlabs.com with your order number. We will provide your invoice promptly.
7. Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers, we reserve the right to review, hold, or cancel orders where fraud or unauthorized use is suspected. We will reach out to you using the details you provided at checkout if we place your order on hold.
8. Refunds & Chargebacks
Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method in USD. Processing times are typically 5 business days after approval, though your bank may require additional time to post the credit.
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to resolve billing issues directly and promptly.
