How To Use

Pour the liquid into a ULV fogger to fog the room focusing on the ceilings and walls. Allow the overspray to lay on contents and flooring to oxidize any possible mycotoxins in the environment. To perform the micro clean phase refill your spray bottles and apply to any porous or non-porous surface—tile, glass, countertops, sealed wood, stainless steel, and more. Let sit for 60 seconds, then wipe with a disposable cloth. Use after mold exposure or remediation, or incorporate into your daily routine. Always spot-test delicate surfaces. Air drying after application is recommended for best results. Be sure to rinse and run fogger with water after each application, to ensure that the equipment will not rust by the oxidizer.

CIRS & Safety Precautions

For CIRS-type individuals, the following PPE is highly recommended: during fog applications of the Building Cleaner, it is highly recommended that these individuals wear an N-95 mask. Additionally, do not apply the Building Cleaner over any type of acid-based cleaner or disinfectant, as residual acid could cause a reaction with the HOCl

How to Use Building Cleaner

HE-HOCl powered formula engineered to neutralize airborne and surface mycotoxins through ULV fogging & microcleaning.

Whole-Home Fogging

HE-HOCl donates electrons to disarm airborne and surface mycotoxins at the molecular level, leaving only simple salt behind.

STEP 1 | Prep the area

Cover or remove moisture-sensitive items, including musical instruments, fine art, exposed electronics, and delicate fabrics.

STEP 2 | Fill the tank

Pour Superstratum Building Cleaner directly into the fogger tank. 1 gallon covers up to 600 sq. ft. (5,000 cu. ft.).

STEP 3 | Fog every room

Turn on the fogger and mist each room to reach air, fabrics, and hidden gaps where cloths can't.

STEP 4 | Let It Settle

Leave space closed & undisturbed for 2–4 hours (or overnight). This gives the fine mist time to fully penetrate surfaces and air without disruption..

STEP 5 | Ventilate the Space

Open windows and doors to let fresh air circulate before family and pets return. Safe to enter once the mist has fully cleared.

STEP 6 | Microclean & Vacuum

HEPA-vacuum and wipe down high-touch surfaces. The light salt residue left behind is the visible proof that HE-HOCl donated electrons to break down and neutralize mycotoxins at the molecular level.

STEP 7 | Protect Your Fogger & Breathe Easy

Empty remaining solution, rinse with warm water, and run clean water for 2 minutes to flush internal lines and prevent corrosion. Leave open to dry, then enjoy your clean, reset air!

As one who needs to launder clothes and other textiles daily due to currently living in a mold-infested home, I
initially contacted Superstratum's customer service with questions about the Everyday Cleaner and if it could be used to replace my usual product (MicroBalance Health EC3) in the final rinse. After encouraging email conversations in which I was given helpful details about the Everyday Cleaner and how best to use it in the laundry - along with welcome advice on using it in tandem with my other usual products - Borax and Charlie's Laundry Soap - I made the decision to purchase the Cleaner. Shipping time was quicker than anticipated, and it's already been put to good use with several loads of laundry in their rinse cycles. We’ve used Superstratum Building Cleaner on several mold remediation projects as a post-remediation treatment, and it has become a valuable part of our final cleaning protocol.

After completing the remediation action plan and performing full mold removal, we apply Superstratum via ULV fogging to address what traditional mechanical methods cannot. While HEPA air filtration and HEPA vacuuming are critical for removing particulate matter and spores, they do not effectively neutralize mycotoxins and microscopic residues that can remain on surfaces and in the air space after remediation.

Love these wipes! They are moist enough. Comes in a big container and easy to remove sheets. Wish the sheets are a tad bit bigger but still definitely big enough to clean up everyday messes. Now please make portable versions of these!
